The Valentino exhibition at Les Arts Decoratifs -Paris- was amazing. I don't think I need to say anything about him, we all now his work. The thing about Couture I guess is that a dress he designed in 1968 is still elegant today. In fact, I think that is the magic of fashion.
The exhibition was amazing because of the dresses; and not because of the organization. Light was so poor you could barely see the dresses, and the worst was the sand on the floor, I guess thanks to it dresses will be ruined, and it's so sad.

So jealous you got to go to that!! :)

Valentino is maybe the most famous italian couturier, before leaving the management of his atelier, he gave a beautiful exposition at Ara Pacis in Rome.
