Apparently, even the big fashionistas made mistakes. Nicole Richie wore some weeks ago a look too similar to one Ashley Olsen had worn two years ago. I am not sure if it was just a coincidence, in fact it's a simple look, but I guess they study trends, people and parties too much to not wear the same look on purpose... Don't bother Richie, if you imitate stylish people, you'll be successful with your looks anyway.
Aparentemente, hasta las grandes fashionistas meten la pata alguna vez. Nicole Richie llevó hace unas semanas un look clavado a uno que había lucido Ashley Olsen hace dos años. No sé si sería una coincidecia, porque el look es de lo más simple, pero con lo que ellas estudian tendencias, gente y fiestas, no me creo que Nicole ese día del 2006 no hiciera los deberes, así que no me creo que llevase esta ropa no sabiendo que Miss Olsen la había llevado hacia algún tiempo. No te preocupes Nicole, mientras copias a alguien con estilo, triunfarás igual.

nicole- the necklace ashley has on is a bit off putting for me. i don't like the look personally- it's a bit too boring.
In some ways it's just a white dress and black jacket, not something Ashley can coin as her own...but then you get to the shoes. Copy cat.

I love the simplicity of this look, I do think Ashley looks likes she hasn't tried and it suits her better.

Yo creo que ese look es muy sencillo, vestido y chaqueta, puede que no sea una coincidencia. O sí. De todas formas me encanta que la gente repita modelos y que no estén pendientes todo el día de la moda. La ropa está para usarla y hay que sacarle el pringue que para eso vale bien cara. Un saludo ;)

What's interesting to me is that we're keeping track of a two-year-old look, and one that is so classic that no doubt it's been duplicated thousands of times by both celebs and commoners alike.

I think the length of Ashley's skirt gives her look a classier feel, but I like Nicole's take, too!

I love Ashley and Nicole the same. I can never choose between them. But I do think Nicole's dress is nicer. I prefer it because it's a little shorter and has some shape.
I prefer Nicole's version of this look, but they both look great!
